This page exists so you can assess us properly before you send a specification. Capacity, equipment and process — stated plainly, and never claimed beyond what we can currently evidence.
From sketch
to shipment
Specification
We work from a tech pack where you have one. Where you do not, we build one from your reference sample, sketch or description, and send it back for sign-off. Nothing is cut before the specification is agreed in writing.
Sampling
A pre-production sample is made and shipped for physical approval.
Bulk production
The approved sample becomes the reference standard. Inspection points at cutting, stitching and finishing, with a production update at each stage.
Final inspection
Third-party inspection is welcomed and can be scheduled at your cost or ours by agreement.
Packing and dispatch
Your packaging specification, carton marking and barcoding. Export documentation prepared in-house — commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
Where we ship
We supply brands and distributors in the United Kingdom and Europe, the United States and Canada, the Gulf states, and Australia and New Zealand. Air freight for samples and urgent orders, sea freight for bulk. Export paperwork and HS classification are handled in-house.
