What we collect
When you submit our enquiry or quote request forms, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, country, WhatsApp number (if given), product category, product description, quantity, target price, delivery date, any file you attach (such as a tech pack or reference image), and any message or notes you write.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and manage the resulting order if you proceed. We do not use it for marketing you have not requested, and we do not sell it.
Who sees it
Enquiry and quote details, including any uploaded files, are seen only by our sales and production team. They are not shared with any third party outside Al Burak Sports except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and order information for as long as needed to respond to you, fulfil an order, and meet our own record-keeping and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use marketing or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
Your rights
